Superb 4 Bedroom House Set in Elevated Position in Own Grounds

Mallachie is a superb four bedroom house which sleeps eight in two double and two twin bedrooms. The house has an elevated position with a panoramic view. Mallachie is surrounded by shrubs, pine and birch trees with a private gate that leads into forest; the dwelling of deer, red squirrels and owls. Via a private, gate there are a selection of walks through woodlands or along the old railway line which eventually takes you along a delightfully scenic route to Aviemore, the skiing capital of Scotland.

The Boat of Garten village centre is only a short walk away where there is a popular hotel, tea rooms, art gallery and restaurant. The Steam Train centre is based in the village and it is a real treat to take the short but atmospheric ride down the route to the neighbouring villages. From time to time there are specials such as the Santa Express and the Christmas Dining carriage.

The house is child friendly and the garden is gated and fenced, with a large trampoline and plenty of space to play. There is a tennis table set in the garage and picnic table in the garden. Inside there are two living areas, two TVs and 2 DVD players, ensuring that different ages are easily accommodated.

Mallachie is located in a superb outdoor activities area with all types of outdoor sports catered for. Previous guests have noted that there is excellent fishing to be had locally.
